Our aim has always been to be more than just a recruitment agency; we strive to offer the utmost comprehensive services with added value and to be your partner.
CEO Pavla Hodinková has extensive experience in human resources and has successfully filled vacant positions for her clients on an ongoing basis. She has been active in the field since 2004 and has developed a unique portfolio of clients and a strong database of candidates during this time.
She primarily focuses on high and middle-management positions in the hospitality and gastro-job sectors. Pavla helps candidates find their Dream jobs and assists her clients in building the ideal Dream Teams.
Since our establishment in 2011, we have positioned ourselves in the market and continuously provided high-quality services for our clients and candidates.
In 2012, we received our first inquiries from abroad, especially from the Emirates. That year, we obtained the license to broker employment worldwide.
n 2013, we experienced significant growth. We added key staff members and opened positions for interns. This expansion prompted us to move to a new office located in Prague 1.
In 2014, we began recruiting employees for VIP families in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Our expertise extended beyond the borders of the Czech Republic when we were invited to participate in a panel discussion at the Slovak AHR. Among the speakers was, among others, former Slovak President Kiska.
In 2015, we received a nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year where we became finalists in the top ten.
In 2016, we released a brochure about the history of hotels. It was a chronicle-style document where we presented significant hotel chains and their stories.
In 2020, we faced challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. In this crisis situation, we adapted to new conditions and ensured the continuity of our services. We primarily filled positions in our local regions and abroad in destinations such as Zanzibar.
In 2022, we revamped our service portfolio and began to specialize closely in recruiting managerial positions.
